As a mother, you often forget to take care of yourself because you have been caught up in the madness called life. It does not matter if you are a stay-at-home mom or you work outside the home, being a mother can take a toll on your health both mentally and physically.

There is no question that constant juggling of your career and multitasking at home can run you into the ground!

You hardly can squeeze out time to have your me moments, exercise, have quality sleep and the list goes on.

I am Nonye, a mom of two adorable kids, wife, medical practitioner, health, fitness, and wellness blogger, and am excited to have you here!
